Studio 10

Studio 10 is 322 sq.ft. The rent is $480/month + a % of the utilities based on

studio size. The utilities range from $18 to $120 per month; annual average is

$75 per month. The lease is for one year.

Studio 10 has a southeast-facing window, overhead LED work lights, LED track

lighting, a gallery hanging system, a dedicated AC window unit and extra ambient

heat from the propane furnace. The studio layout allows several different task

areas. It has three 9’ floor-to-ceiling walls, two 7 ½ ’ partition walls.

Studio B

Studio B is 256 sq.ft. The rent is $600/month + a % of the utilities based on studio size. The utilities range from $27 to $100 per month; annual average is $53 per month. The lease is for one year. Studio B has a southeast-facing windows, overhead LED work lights. It has one floor-to-ceiling wall, three 8ft partition walls. The winter sun helps keep it warm and cheery in the winter months.

Studio FAQs

  • All studios have the following amenities:

    • A gorgeous, brand new rail trail (the Chester Creek Trail) within walking distance.

    • Gallery hanging system in common areas for shows.

    • Artists may participate in shows, open studios, and other events.

    • Large teaching studio available for daily or weekly rental for art classes, with tables, easels and taborets for up to 15 students.

  • 1. Pay three month's rent (security deposit, first and last month's rent) due by the start of the lease.

    2. If time allows, you may divide the above amount into three payments.

    3. Liability insurance policy must be acquired with a certificate of insurance on file by the start date of the lease. Contact us for the lease and the information sheet on insurance for details.

Teaching Studio

Our Teaching Studio is the space for professional artists who teach classes or workshops.
